For rear surface gating of small-to-medium sized mouldings. Supports gate diameters up to 1.8 mm and shot weights up to 100 g per insert.
Suitable for all common non-reinforced plastic types.

Maxiflow - GXK

Maxiflow - GXK

For tunnel gating of medium-to-large sized mouldings. Supports contouring to a depth of 11.5 mm. Suitable for gate diameters up to 3.5 mm and shot weights up to 1,200 g per insert.
Available types are GXK-1, GXK-2 and GXK-3.
Suitable for all common plastics, including reinforced types (e.g., PA comprising 50% glass fiber).

For tunnel gating of small to medium-sized mouldings along a flat parting line. The raised head ensures concealed de-gating at the injection point. Available in 10, 12 and 14 mm sizes with 0.8 to 2.4 mm gate diameters.

Miniflow - GTM

Miniflow - GTM

For tunnel gating of small, thin-walled components. Designed without head, these models are suitable for use on components with very low wall thicknesses. Ultra-compact design (10 x 5 mm), for 0.5 to 1.1 mm gate sizes.

Konturflow - GTK

Konturflow - GTK

For tunnel gating of small to medium-sized mouldings contoured in the gate area. Konturflow gate inserts can be machined to a depth of 3 mm and are available for gate diameters up to 1.7 mm.

Midiflow - GMK

Midiflow - GMK

For rear surface gating of small to medium sized mouldings.
Supports gate diameters up to 1.8 mm and shot weights up to 200 g per insert.
Available types are GMK-1, GMK-2 and GMK-3.
Suitable for all common plastics, including reinforced types.

GTM - closed gate diameter

GTM - closed gate diameter

For tunnel gating of small, thin-walled moldings.
This gate insert has a closed gate diameter and is therefore suitable for the use of low article weight and for very thin-walled moldings.
